NTN Healthcare was founded by Brandy aka "Nicolethenurse",  an experieced critical care nurse with over 17 years of experience at the bedside and in leadership. Brandy has worked in healthcare and leadership as a charge nurse to ensure safe staffing for units within hospitals budget. The COVID-19 pandemic propelled her to start her own business geared towards cultivating a stronger and more skilled travel nursing workforce. Brandy's critical thinking and development skills landed her CRRT Quick Reference Guide in Atlanta's Emory Hospital University policy manager and unit projects for the AACN Beacon Award. Her passion for impacting nurses lives outside of work led to the development of many growing social networks that champion work life balance, diversity, inclusion, and nursing excellence!
